2 - ADP + Other League Visibility

Perhaps I imagined it, but seemed last year or year before the NFBC ADP page allowed you to filter by 12 or 15 team drafts. I don't see that option.
Question 2 - Once the season begins it is possible to see drafts from other leagues (tho not the draft board, but still the sequence of selections for the full draft). Is it possible to see this before the season starts on your own team page by selecting another league? If so, does it require your league to have already drafted (I am registered for a league that has not yet drafted and there is not yet a menu to select other leagues).
