not clear about...

Hi guys, Im all set for the NY draft but I have a couple of questions I havent seen addressed here. If they are and I missed it then I apologize.
1) what site determines that a player has been called up from the minors and is therefore available to be faab claimed that monday by 10am?
2) what is the status of a player that was drafted, released (by an NFBC team), then sent to the minors by that major league team ? Can he be claimed or is he a minor leaguer and thus not available ?
3) minor leaguers with no major league experience in 2003, do 20games at one position or MOST games at one position determine where he is eligible for the NFBC season ? How about if he plays 20games at C during the 2004 season whereas he only played the OF during the 2003 season in the minors. When called to the majors and able to be claimed does he count only as an OF or both OF and C ?
4) Will we be able to see the other players available FAAB dollars during the season ?
--again, sorry if this is clear on the site and I missed it. Thanks.
