Ugueth Urbina

As of this time, Ugueth Urbina is not on any club's 40-man major league roster. If he is still a free agent at the time the draft is held, according to the rules, I assume he could not be drafted. Can I have that clarified?

Since roster lists will be made available a few days before the draft, what would be the ruling if he signs in that short period of time between the rosters released to the leagues and the actual NFBC draft? Also, what would be the status of whoever was released to make room for UU?

I see the UU question was answered in today's chat session. I should have read that first.

Viper, I actually saw your post earlier regarding 3U, and I just asked Greg while he did his chat. :D

For anyone doing auction leagues, please read my post at the end of today's chat regarding Urbina. What do you guys think should happen here?

I like your idea better than leaving Urbina for the reserve rounds. Unfortunately, I have no say as I am only in the NFBC (was signed up to do NL Auction in Chicago until its demise).

Gotta agree with King of Queens on this issue.

Thanks guys. I didn't see this post first, so now we're talking about this on three different areas. Feel free to answer my question on the Rotisserie Rules section of the Message Boards and we'll figure this out. I'm all for making him available in the NFBC and the Auction Leagues if we all agree to that.
