Why is Erstad not not eligible at 1stbase

Why is Erstad not not eligible at 1stbase? He started the season there.

Erstad did not play in the minimum number of games (20) at 1B last year to qualify at that position (he actually didn't play in any games at 1B). Once he plays in his 20th game there this season, he will become eligible at that position.
