Bid Clarification please?

Sorry to be a pain like throop, but when I click on free agents it list EVERYONE as avail.

How, where, and when do we place bids on players?

The free agent period will begin around 5 p.m. Central time today. Until we get all of the rosters in every league finalized the process won't be up and running.
