J.Mesa drop ??

In NY League 3 I noticed J.Mesa was dropped but he is not available as a FA. I understand the reasoning behind the drop and not making him available but when this occurs can it be posted somewhere ? (if it was and I missed it I apologize). I keep a manual list of FA's based on sundays add drops. It's just less clutter in my head knowing he's unavailable prior to setting up the bid sunday afternoon. Thanks
