Dead Teams

Can you have STATS provide a list of teams who have not made any lineup changes or FAAB acquisitions in the month on July? I am curious if their are any potential "dead' teams out there. I would hope not but I am curious. The works involved to check 300 teams is not a task I would like to undertake. But it is one that STATS should be able to do relatively easily.

I'll contact STATS to see if they can do this and let you guys know what they say.
