Jason I'm sure they will pick the draft order just as soon as the KDS/BBDS argument is decided.

Only kidding!!

Seriously, I think they are waiting to see if we get enough signups for a 3rd draft league--and more importantly, where those signups are. If there are 15 guys in New York, for example, I'm sure they'd rather have one Las Vegas draft league, one New York draft league, and one multi-city league.

Good question and answer. Is there a deadline where we will be told our draft positions. I know it's still early as people have indicated they would like auction if it becomes available, but since my vote doesn't count, I'd like to throw it in there...sooner the better to prepare...thank you!

We are waiting to see what happens with a fourth possible league but we'll make a decision soon on that. The absolute latest you'd find out your draft position for any of our leagues would be March 13th. It's quite possible we'll announce some before that but it will definitely be no later than the 13th. We're almost there.

Okay, I'll let Eric update me on this poll. We seem to have some Las Vegas owners who adamantly want us to keep KDS for the Ultimate Draft League and we'll stay with KDS in Las Vegas. Our two leagues will consist of the 15 owners in Las Vegas and the 15 owners between NY, CHI and Tampa.

Of the 15 owners in that league, does anyone want BBDS? Is anyone adamantly opposed to it? Give me your thoughts via e-mail at [email protected] and we'll finalize this procedure and pick the draft spots early next week.

I think we're good to go with two Ultimate Draft Leagues and one Ultimate Auction League. So let's finalize the procedure, finalize all of the credit cards and get it on.

Greg, the KDS/BBDS has been debated already and I don't think it's gonna fly with a couple of the guys. So if we concede that it will be KDS this year, can we move ahead and have everyone do their KDS rankings and get our draft slots asap. It shouldn't take another week to get that done. Thanks.

Yup, I've heard from some owners in both events and KDS it is. We'll make sure all 30 owners are paid in full and then set the KDS deadline for these two leagues and get it on. Thanks.

The BBDS has its merits, but not everyone is for it.

Hi Greg - I agree that we're too late in the process to switch to BBDS this year. Just as a point of interest, though, the final vote was 11 to 2 in favor of BBDS.

Hopefully, next year's criterion will be majority vote instead of unanimous consent for the rule change.
