phone drafts

So can you get slammed into a phone draft league if you signed up in a timely fashion? Seems like those who are the last to sign up should make and accept that decision.

If we have full cities and get more sign-ups in those cities then yes the people who signed up later will be the ones assigned to phone drafts.

Phone drafts for the MAIN EVENT aren't a punishment to me. Heck, I like the extra table space if I were to get so lucky.
