Fantasy YTD vs MLB YTD Don't Match?

I was just checking the stats this morning and noticed that some of the Fantasy YTD stats don't match the MLB YTD stats. That being said I understand if you don't start some of the players the stats won't match but should the stats match if a player has been in your starting line up for day 1? Just curious if I'm missing something? Does anyone else see the same issue? Thanks in advance.
