... Every time I print Roster, it cuts the names off, so I have to manually set everything to fit the page. I notice some sites have a " Printer Friendly " button that dose that automatic. Can you set that here. Thanks

On your Team Page, click on the "Roster Grid" setting under the Roster menu. There at the top you will see a "Printer friendly" link that you can click. Let me know if this doesn't work for you.
