a starting team by pick 23 before the snake draft beins again? Or can you get your catchers in the snake part of the draft? TIA boys

You don't need a starting 23 by the end of rd 23. You just need it at the end of the auction. (Rd 30)

For an auction, I believe you need a complete roster at the completion of the auction (23 person team) and prior to the draft of extra players. Check rules on the home page of this site.

Just checked the rules and confirmed. You need to fill a complete roster during the auction portion (i.e., 1st 23 spots) before the reserve draft begins.
