Just making sure that for WHIP, ERA, and Batting average, each team's stats are taken out as many decimal points as possible to determine league points.
For instance assume no other teams in a league have a better ERA than Team A and Team B. If Team A finshes the year with an ERA of 3.50000 and Team B finshes with an ERA of 3.50001, then Team A is awarded 15 points and Team B is awarded 14 points. Correct?

Of course this is done by STATS. They go out as far as needed to determine this, but obviously you have to cut off at some point on the viewable screens for the players. This is no different than any other web site does for this.

thanks. although, the "live scoring" last night had two teams tied in batting avg (even though they weren't).

This is a complaint that John Zaleski has had all year long. It's something we can ask STATS to do in the off-season, but it wasn't a programming change that could be made mid-season. Is it ideal for the players? No, but it's live standings and live scoring, and while I understand the importance of the immediacy of knowing, well, we'll ask for this added feature in 2009. Thanks.
