Auction Satellite Question

Will the auction satellites leagues be run on CBS or is CBS just being used for the auction portion? How will the position discrepencies be handled - Anderson Hernandez (CBS allows 2b), Frandsen (CBS does not allow ss), to name a couple. Are we going by the CBS eligibilty rules for these two satellite auctions?
