DL Lineup Moves

Has anything changed from last year with taking players in and out of the lineup that go on the DL? Is it still Friday you can put them in if a player in lineup goes on DL?
Can we put a player coming off the DL back into the lineup for Friday?
Any changes to all of this?
What time is the lineup deadline every week? What if there is a day game on Monday, but usual lineup deadline is that evening?
