Rules imply lineups are locked for the week, but my lineup page shows 4 day increments. Is it weekly or can I change it each 4 days?

The week runs Monday-Sunday, however it shows two periods because you can swap out DL'd players (only) for the weekend before Friday's games begin.

If you start a player for the week, and he ends up going on the DL (officially), before the Friday deadline you can replace him in your lineup for the final 3 days of the week. That's why you see the breakdown in days. Keep in mind you can only swap out players officially on the DL.
