I noticed a guy in my satellite lge has Stephen Strasberg on his team. Apparently he drafted him in the 29th rd.

How is this possible? I thought a player had to be on a major lge roster to be draftable.

This is legal. Anyone can be drafted.

He will never sign quick. Its a wasted pick, this year.
