2010 Eligibility List
2010 Eligibility List
This may have been addressed and I missed the post but I have a question about how to approach the list on our website moving forward. Being that I have a draft coming up on1/6, I've been starting to look at players with multi-position eligibility. I assume as in the past, the 20 game previous season and 10 game current season eligibility rules are still in force. I didn't examine the 2010 list in depth, mostly because I found a few anomalies right off the bat. Martin Prado is listed under the 3rd base heading and he's absent from 2nd and 1st, which under last years 20 game rule he should qualify for. Whereas Connor Jackson is listed under both 1st base and outfield having played 23 games in the outfield but only having played 6 games at first? Perhaps the 2010 Eligibility List is still a work in progress or as I said earlier, I missed a post. Whatever the case, I could use some advice on how to utilize this list. Thanks in advance for your help and I also apologize in advance for the redundancy if this subject has already been discussed. Bob

2010 Eligibility List
Bob, thanks for the heads up. I assume we grabbed that eligibility list from our first magazine, which listed players at the position they played the most games at and only that position. Tom and I will have to go through that list and update it. This is the earliest we've had the eligibility lists posted, but you are right it is a work in progress. I'll make sure we get that done before Jan. 1st.
Again, thanks for the heads up.
Again, thanks for the heads up.

2010 Eligibility List
Just a follow up on the eligibility list. Is this ready for 2010? I don't see Gordon Beckham anywhere.
