How long does it take to do an Auction?

Post by Edwards Kings » Thu Jan 21, 2010 3:07 pm

This will be my first year doing an NFBC Auction, so I have no first-hand knowledge of how long they take. It is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM with the Live Double-Play beginning at 4:00 PM. Will six hours for a 15-team Mixed Auction be enough time?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Really? Is that all? Thanks Kevin.
