15 team League Formations

Quick question, in the classic scheduled for St.Louis there are 16 teams registered , what happens to the 16 th team if a second league could not be formed?

We'll cross that bridge when we get to it. We're hoping to fill up a second league in St. Louis or get very close. We still have time to get that done so let's see what the next few weeks brings.
