Locked out of lineup and free agents

Is there a reason why when I click on set lineup it says that I am locked out for next few minutes? I have checked this over the last 3 hours and it hasn't changed. Can we change our lineups before tomorrow's games since we had free agent pickups? Any help with this would be appreciated.
