December Slow Draft - Customer Expectations

Post by Rainiers » Tue Mar 22, 2011 5:19 am

Kudos to you guys, things are going great!

Seems like the December Slow Drafts are kind of on the back burner, though.

Fanball has refunded the money for these drafts, thats cool.

Have not seen the rosters with placeholders loaded up yet or a slot on the sign-up page to re-ante for these leagues.

Thought I would give you some customer expectations going forward if we are to pull these leagues off.

1) I would like to have a couple days before the start of the season to set my line up for the first week. That means having everything up and running a week from today, including rosters with place holders.

2) I would hope that you would pay off in full, even if there are a

couple dead teams per league. You might find it hard to get all the teams to re-ante, especially with the short turn-around time, not to mention finding all the owners who drafted Wainwright and Utley. It won't be much fun playing in leagues with dead teams AND meager payouts.

3). If you do cancel these leagues, or should I say decide to not offer them, do it sooner rather than later. I have a certain budget for fantasy baseball, and would love to reinvest in other leagues if I had time.
