How exactly is faab processed in each league?
Are all #1 listed bids taken first? Then second and so on?
Are all bids for a certain player considered even if he is the third listed bid?
For instance if I have two claim lists will the first listed player on the second priority claims list be considered along with any other teams that may have listed him on the first priority list?
Is it straight highest bid? Wherever the highest bid for that player is even if its a conditional bid that's where he goes? And how are ties handled?
