Changing pitchers the last two weeks of the year

The rules say the following:
"However, during the last two weeks of the regular season only, we will allow owners to replace any pitchers in their starting lineup with reserves on Friday, just like hitters. But this applies ONLY to the last two weeks of the season."
This year the MLB regular season ends on a Wed., the 28th of September. So am I correct in assuming that we will be able to swap out pitchers on Friday September 16th? Or are you refering to the NFBC regular season, which means we can't swap out for the first time on Fridays until the second to last NFBC week, on Sept. 23rd?
