Personally, I see as good: hr, RBI, R, W, K, Whip, ERA. Speed is average, BA is poor. Saves need another closer from FAAB...

What does the peanut gallery think?

Looks pretty solid. I like the OF you were able to assemble, too.

Ok, I'll play devil's advocate.

1. Utley doesen't qualify at 1b in the NFBC.

2- 3B could be a huge problem if Rolen can't come back and Boone gets off to a slow start and is replaced by Marte.

3- The OF, as a whole, may hit in the 260's and Tavares could lose playing time this year, he is your only speed guy so that would take a hit also.

On the other hand, your pitching looks solid, you have more than enough power, and if you can find a speed guy and a closer on waivers it should be a very competitive team.
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!

1. Utley is playing 2b for me, the 1b was left over from MDC...

2. Risk/reward - we will have to see how that gamble plays out

I agree - to me, no team can possibly be 100% solid from a draft this deep - you have to watch the FA line and see who breaks out. I feel that I tend to see allot of young speed guys emerge, and closers change hats like crazy, so i think this could be augmented with a little help.

Thanks for the thoughts all!

Make sense? You'll need to hit the tops of those ranges to be "average" (i.e. middle of the pack) in stolen bases. I would grade your team as below average in speed.

I think you are overly optomistic on Taveras projected steals. You better hope Bags can't play

Is time lost to the dl a positive category in your league?

You're right about the power categories -- should be among the leaders of your league.
