Week 4 Question…

This week, let’s take a break from giving away sleepers and guys to target. I know we have some sharp and creative minds in the NFBC, and I’m certainly looking for some creativeness with this one. With the success of various reality shows and the amount of people who play fantasy baseball, there should be a strong market for a fantasy baseball reality show. Go ahead and pitch me your best premise for a fantasy baseball reality show. At a bare minimum, I’ll be looking for a pitch that displays a:

- Show that is entertaining (can’t just be a bunch of talking heads or a stats show)

- Show that contains a certain level of controversy (sorry, but a reality show without controversy is like visiting the cemetery)

- Show that is presented in a format that entices non-fantasy baseball fans to watch



In addition to the winner being able to pick their prize (chance at a free entry into a $125 free NFBC satellite league or a copy of the Baseball Forecaster), I will also include the following: I’ll provide that person with one of my top 5 sleepers of the year. If you remember, last year I drafted S.Victorino, J.Shields, O.Perez, K.Johnson, J.Hamilton, and F.Carmona in the main event. The caveat is that I can’t give the winner this information until Monday, March 17th. If you are playing in a satellite league after the main event, this info may be of some value to you.
