Looks like McLouth and Bay need to get on the same page....what a game. Talk about a team imploding. I wouldn't swing at anything thrown by Capps.
FYI: Capps owners...be glad there aren't many other options in the Steel City.

(25 in 2004, 28 in 2005, 10 in less than a half season in 2006 and 22 in 329 AB last year). Just as Shane Victorino did last season, with a full time job and an age-26 season, he should break the 25 SB barrier while also providing 15 HR or so.

And to think I passed on him in the 15th round of the super because I was "nervous" that cueto wouldn't make it back to me in the 16th. What could have been...

That's the lip service I hear..."No rookie SP"...that's the pre-season line I hear over and over.
But looking at the studs like Dan Kenyon rostering and starting Hughes, Kennedy and Billingsley.
You doing the same with Cueto and Volquez and Hochevar.
Childs with Parra, Kershaw, Litsch and Lester.
Makes me think twice.
I know you may roster, review, and dump...but that brings me back to my "ask every pretty girl to dance" example that many do.
Some dance.
Just don't try and claim you knew which one would dance while drinking beers outside the barn building up courage before going in.

~Lance i don't get this at all. if you don't think rookie pitchers are gonna get beat up once in a while, you obviously haven't been playing fantasy baseball that long.

i told my buddy this a while ago, but cueto throws TOO many strikes. he needs to learn not to try and be so efficient with his pitches. not too many pitchers you can say that about.

While I am enjoying the long bombs so far, I would trade a few of them in for MORE SB's.
2 SB's thus far is completely disappointing.

He should be hitting third in that lineup. Nady four. The pirates are putting Sanchez and Bay there by habit.

[/QUOTE]McLouth and the word disappointing cannot be in the same state for the f gods will smite your team down. Turn that frown upside down. He'll chip in. I wish I had him. ANYWHERE.

I'm in seven leagues this year, and currently in 1st place in three of them. Nate McLouth is on all three of those 1st place squads. That can't be a coincidence.
For where he was drafted, he is the fantasy MVP of the first 6 weeks.

For where he was drafted, he is the fantasy MVP of the first 6 weeks. Yep agreed. He has carried my main event team so far and probably the main reason I'm in second place in my league along with a little help from Cliff Lee.
