I'd say $12 for Lee and $10 for CC. Could change much one start from now though.

I think you guys are over valuing the first three weeks of the season by quite a bit.....but you are right that most people in an auction this week probably would as well thus destroying a good buy low opportunity on Lee and giving someone a nice potential profit on Sabathia.

IF (and I realize he is a Huge if) there is no physical problem with him (aside from being overweight and behind where he should be arm strength wise, I would bet he rebounds and puts up pretty good numbers for the balance of the season. The one thing we Can't measure though is whether all the contract talk has put a screw in his head that could override his physical talent.

So how much would you and John paid for Edwin Jackson last week? - before he looked in the mirror and realized he was still Edwin Jackson.

Germano wasn't worth as much as you are implying yesterday - he still doesn't miss many bats.

Fast starters and slow starters will all move back towards their normal numbers - we are barely over 10% into the season.
