Along with Cliff Lee this guy has been a fantasy stud this year in terms of late round/free agent value.

Carlos Quentin has 10 hrs and 34 rbis already and was aviabable in most main leagues as a free agent early in the season.

I'm still kicking myself for not picking him up very early in the season in my main event league when I had the chance, but at the last second I changed my waiver wire priority list to rank another player ahead of him and got the other player ahead of him.

So what do you guys predict for his stats for the rest of this season. He's hitting third in the lineup now and I predict he will finish with 36 hrs and 105 rbis...talk about waiver wire/late round gold. Sure wish I had picked him up... :(

Carlos Q has been my gift from the fantasy baseball Gods. I took AROD and Tuloshitzki with my 1st 2 picks and luckily took Q in the 23rd round. I'm hoping for 35hr's, 120 rbi and 12 sb's or basically what AROD should have done as the #1 pick.

He was a terror for the Tucson Sidewinders...if not for the torn labrum last yr the DBacks would've (you'd hope) kept a younger, BETTER OF in Quentin, instead of paying $50 mill to Byrnes!
Always be closing.
