Kip Wells gets destroyed for 7 runs in the 1st inning against the Dodgers. He got one out before getting yanked.

Who did he get out? Andruw Jones. Struck him out. (And as I'm typing, he just K'd again in the 2nd). Is their a more pathetic hitter in the game?

And yet Childs keeps rolling him out there hoping for a miracle. Shawn, the dude is lost. Some guys slump because of good pitching, bad hitting luck, timing is a little off, whatever. But Andruw is not one of them. LA has had game where the pitchers are hitting line drives of the opposing pitching and Andruw is still K's 3,4,5 times a game.

So Shawn, you've done a great job managing the waiver pool and rolling your SPs in and out, but what the **** is up with you and Andruw?

Of course, I could ask the same of Joe Torre.

You could say I'm giving him one last Colorado ride!!!

I really don't think I need him, but I wouldn't mind catching a hot run out of him.

I'm having the same problem with Khalil Greene! So painful to not start him that one week he goes nuts.....but it never happens.

Crazy night. Rickie Weeks gets two hits and a homer. Tulo is 2-2 with a line-drive double. Blalock goes deep. Miggy Cabrera has 4 hits. And Andruw makes contact.

Who's next, will Chris Young gets two hits in a game?

Who's next, will Chris Young gets two hits in a game? All I have to say is keep Miggy in the #4 spot. Enough of the #5 spot dumbass Leyland. :(

[/QUOTE]I knew he hated hitting 5th. Slap in the face. Put him at #4 and he goes 5-6 w 6 RBI.

LV3, be on notice, I may finally be able to ride Rickie, Tulo and Miggy up the charts. Maybe. ;)

Andruw Jones -- 7/22--0 for 3 with only 1 K (looking)--he was saving his strength for the next AB.

The more I look at it...I think Quahogs is paying him off. With that $hit eating smile, he has to be jacked up on something. I mean Cody Ross gets the good coffee....the stuff with the juice in it and Jones gets the "Be Happy Stuff". I bet he doesn't even know that he is making $18 million this year.

He could be baseball's Ricky Williams. I'm tired of baseball, man, I'm gonna travel the world and smoke some ...

I can hit a curve ball better.

It's mind boggling that they still play him and sit Ethier.
