And with that I'm waiting for bjoak to rev up his computer and tell us that breaking balls are tougher to hit in the NL West than the NL East.1) Apparently they are.

2) It's almost as though you haven't seen Rich Harden's K rate since he moved to the NL.

3) Or Haren who has a career high rate.

So, he shows up at camp next year, 20 lbs (30?) lighter, is playing for his next (stupid) contract...what round does he go in?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
