Chase Utley is to have arthroscopic surgery on his hip and may be sidelined 4 to 6 months. Taking his recovery time into the early part of next season. This is still in the blogosphere stage, though an announcement from Phillies' management is to be forthcoming. Draft Status?

This information is available through CBSSportsline MLB rumorsblog with a connecting link to delawareonline. Also, mentions possible surgery for Pedro Feliz but, he's alot less interesting than Utley.

they're saying he could miss up to a third of the season.. and then who knows how healthy he will be when he comes back... I'd say this pushes him back to the 8th-10th round or so... depends on where he is come spring training
