It seems like this year it was real tough to put together a team that projects out to like 180 sbs...if someone has one I would love to see it...im guessing that team is then somewhat short on power...I am sure there are a few that got it without the power sacrifice but from what I have seen I have not seen anyone with above like 150...I felt kind of bad at projected 130 but have a bench player that could get 30 if he plays and faab should be able to get 30 off the waivers...thoughts?

looking at last years league the top 3 stolen base teams were in the bottom 6 in home runs so when you see a post your team may be short on this or that...unless you are way off I think its too early to tell..in other words if you drafted like a projected 50 or 60 steals you may have problems..if you can get yourself over the triple digit projections its not out of the question to tweak as you move...

i think your 180 SB's is high. i think you can get by with 150-160 and still be VERY competitive in the SB cat.

Im projecting at 125 and I feel like I definitely will need to contribute from the bench and FAAB. I was hoping for more like 150.

Steals have been crawling up the past few years. In three of the past four years in the Main, you needed between 151 and 162 to get 80% of the available points.
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

as long as you have 130+ on draft day, you'll be fine. farm the rest on the waiver wire.

thats kind of what my thought was...I could have maybe got 20 more tops but have it at like 130 with a few guys that got 5 last year if they get more playing time could see uptick to 10 or something...

Dude,, I was wondering when you were gonna get some speed after the 1st break... Milledge, Adam Jones and Carlos Gomez all would have looked real nice on that team you got especially with all those Power guys you got.... My Jedi Mind Tricks must not have worked... bummer
