Eric Gagne is expected to go back on the disabled list after aggravating his right elbow.

''He has basically reaggravated the elbow, the same situation he was dealing with in spring training,'' manager Jim Tracy said. Gagne underwent an MRI that apparently showed a second-degree sprain of the UCL.
