MLB Avanced Media Warning

Just a heads up to anyone considering purchasing a package now or in the future from MLB.COM, be forewarned. Others may or may not have had this problem. I can only tell you my experience. Each and every single game i want to watch, before doing so, I have to reinput ALL of my credit card and address info. Each time I switch games, not just once when I log in, EACH AND EVERY GAME, even when I switch BACK to the same game. I have to input all of that info all over again, and again, and again. If any of you have cable, imagine if you had to input your credit card info each time you turned the channel. That's what's happening. I called them to make them aware of the problem, and get this, they said that's NORMAL! In fact, they acted as though it was a reasonable request. My request for a refund was rebuffed.



Just beware, I wish someone had warned me the type of company they are before I was ripped off. I had to learn the hard way.
