Jason D - Pick #5 - Carlo$ Beltran? I was told those Ulitimate boys were smart.
DCell - As another #13 pick I was glad that "lazy" Soriano wasn't still there - the projections (even mine) say you have to take poor defensive 2B that lacks the discipline
to be a number 1 or 3 hitter. Not what I want in the first round.
Pods 2005 OBP - .313 (you still cannot steal first).

Well Head to Head all are entitled to opinions about players and we all make our own projections You cant stand Soriano at 13 thats fine King of Queens ran stats on avg draft spot Soriano averaged pick 9.4 Lowest pick was 6 highest pick was 13th Very happy with him at 13 Pods true obp sux but hitters park stole 70 batting 244 Has green light to run at will again per KOQ averages Pods average 43.55 lowest was 30 highest was 61 I got him at 48 so happy with that too Who did you take at 13th?

Manny at 13th. Liked KoQ numbers. They didn't like my team too much. I was the first to take Billy Wagner (63) twenty spots before average, my other four where after the average +1, +4, +8, +15 and I was not surprised not to see my sixth rounder Andrew Jones not in the top 6 rounds but I din't expect him to still be on the board 24 picks later. I went with three closers and plan was looking for production per period used, sitting Wagner when he is on the DL.
Pods and "Lazy" both project (even with my prejuices) to be top tier players. What is with Soriono not having surgury on his "torn" whatever in his foot over the offseason? Can't say I stay away form poor plate displine myself with - Corey Patterson and Andrew Jones.
