Strategy

I am in a 14 team home non keeper league. I just looked at last years draft. There were 7 pitchers taken by pick #35. I did not take any of them.

When others value pitchers so much, what would be a good strategy to combat them? Should I join and take a top P early or take the offense? Last year I really waited and had a good O but my P was pretty bad except for closers.

I think that SP is much deeper this year then last. Even with 7 off the board, you could probably still get a fairly reliable ace and then the 2, 3 and 4 types will abound later
