Crazy like a Fox and I do not get along. He thinks me arrogant, I think of him as small for calling names and taking insults about players that he thinks highly of, personal. We'll co-exist one way or the other.

Anyway,we made a bet earlier this year that McLouth would not outdo Holliday in four of the five roto categories. I have to admit that even if Crazy loses the bet somehow or if it is null due to injury, that he was right about Holliday.

Holliday has looked more like Halladay batting. Going 0-7 today, he had to be thankful that the game did not go longer to break the record of 89 years by not going 0-11.

I don't give you enough credit, Crazy, but you've been right about Holliday.

I may lose 20 bucks, but it'll be nothing compared to what Billy Beane will lose at the trade deadline.

How is it that I did not get a piece of this action? Actually, 4 out of 5 is still a stretch even though I didn't want to take any Holliday this yr.

Also, any chance I can get a partial refund on my loss to you last year in light the Weeks vs C Young results so far this year? :D

What if McLouth fails to play 145 games and STILL beats holliday in 4 out of 5 cats? That would be funny as Crazy's out clause would cost him a bet he would have otherwise won. It's still a little early either way. Maybe Holliday gets traded back to Colorado in July. Maybe for Huston Street :D

I just wanted to draw attention to an overrated Holliday. The odds are still stacked against McClouth taking down 4 out of 5 cats. You know Holliday will have a better BA when it's all said and done, he just needs to take down one more cat.

As far as us getting along, it's up and down. I think we wouldn't get into it so much if we didn't have atleast a litte respect for each other. I don't expect you to learn anything from me but I have learned a lot from you over the past couple years. Even if I argue....I'm always listening.

I admit my thinking is sometimes "unconventional" which probably rubs people the wrong way. I did notice when Jim Young tried to rip me (earlier in the year) that you stood up for me and that didn't go unnoticed.

Take care.

What's funny when I came out with my "Top 10 reasons Matt Holliday won't be a top 15 outfielder" was that I was going to call it the top 10 reasons Holiday won't be a top "20" outfielder but actually played it safe.

Whether I'm right or not remains to be seen. 20 weeks left. The main satisfaction is knowing he wouldn't be on any of my teams.
