Who's got next?

Post by sportsbettingman » Wed Mar 31, 2010 6:19 am

Just was wondering a few things when reading up on how this man has become a legend in his own time...

1) Being that he's pretty much dominated his field since the late 1980's, was there a dominant doctor of the same ilk that held reign before he came into play?

2) I'd love to know his "turned away from the knife" ratio. Say, for every 100 patients that he takes a look at, only 40 go under the knife. I believe he's WAY over 40,000 procedures...so that would be a whole lot of "turned aways"

3) He looks to be in great shape, and not too old. I wonder how many years with a steady hand he has left.

4) When he stops cutting, will he still diagnose, as that seems to be his specialty.

5) Who got next? Will one of his disciples carry the torch, or will it go back to being quite a few trusted ligament doctors, rather than just the man. the myth, the legend...

Dr. James Andrews
