It has been awfully quiet from Red Sox fans. I am sure if the Yankees started the season 4-9 there would be some chirping.

Yankee fans are smart enough to know that 13 games do not a season make.

That said, any day I can say "The Red Sox are 6 games out of first place" is a good one.

The Sox are just trying to be proactive by starting their summer swoon early. They'll be red hot by November!
