Wanted to have some fun with some predictions.
1. Left handed power players start dropping bunts to defeat shift which leads to more hit batters and an increase in bench emptying brawls.
2. Stolen bases increase in order to counteract drop in scoring.
3. Mets find themselves in wild card race and make a splash trade.
4. Cardinals land Cole Hamels. Phillies get a nice package of major league ready arms and bats.
5. Felix Hernandez has a good year then dominates post season.
6. Robinson Cano wins AL MVP
7. Pirates lose to Seattle in world series.
8. Tulowitski wins NL MVP as a Met.

1. Adam Wainwright goes out for season with a freak injury, possibly suffered while batting.
2. Jon Lester starts season looking very shaky.
3. Chris Carter starts season in a major funk, leaving his owners in a cold sweat
