Who Should Go No. 1?

I've never played in a league that was won in the first 10 rounds......it's the last 19 rounds that have made the difference, it's diamonds for everybody rounds 1 thru 10 ( barring injury or Cub fans involved in the draft ), but in the later rounds the well studied draft diamonds, the others draft stones. But you guys just keep on talking about who'll you'll be taking....better than watching film of the opposition. Thanks
