need help on keeper league trade

guys,wanted to know if i could get some input on a trade i was offered.i am in a 5x5 n.l. only auction keeper league salary cap 260.00

i was offered chase utley 20.00 under contact for 3 years & the fifth overall farm pick in this years farm draft,for jeremy hermedia 10.00 under contract for 3 years,brian fuentes 7.00 under contract for 2 years,farm players carlos quentin 10.00,lastings miledge 10.00

let me know if you think this is a deal i should do.thanks for your input.

I'm sure it will be unanimous! Keep Utley and the 5th minor league pick. You could very well have the top Major League second sacker for the next three yrs.

Not so fast! Hermida at $10 could outearn Utley at $20. And Fuentes at $7 has some value as well. Quentin and Millege are pretty good, although your farm rules will dictate their usefulness to you at $10. Who would you get at #5?
