Pitching first , starting pitching i will give you a B, dont have a ace but have 5 pitchers i like , especially WEBB,VAZQUEZ. Closers you have 2 top 10 closers so b+.Coedero in the 7th rd , great value. Hitting you have power and bavg, but not enough speed. BEST PICK MATSUI in the 5th rd , this is the lastest ive seen him go.

Worst pick GILES in the 2nd , he's a good player but should go late 3rd or early 4th.

In closing this team can compete if srating pitching comes thru.

Hey Fellow Rhode Island Mr. Ed,

Looking for some Ocean State review of my club:

C - J. Valentin

C- Y. Torreabealt

1B - B. Wilkerson

2B - M. Giles

SS - M. Young

3B - E. Chavez

CI - M. Jacobs

MI - E. Renteria

OF - M. Cabrera

OF - A. Rowand

OF - S. Green

OF - K. Mench

OF - J. Encarnacion

DH - Delmon Young

Bench: V. Diaz, T. Clark, J Buch

SP- P. Martinez

SP - A. Pettite

SP - D. Haren

SP - M. Clement

SP - E. Bedard

SP - D. Cabrera

SP - K. Wood

SP - B. Arroyo

RP - C. Orvella

RP - R. Soriano

RP - J. Duscherer

Need some help in speed and saves. Our draft however there were two teams that took 3 closers and one team took all closers and set up men for their entire pitching squad.

thanks.

HEY BIG FISH how are you. ok we will start with your starting pitching, you have pedro a top 5 stud , if the toe holds out youve got your ace, pettite is a solid nu2 pitcher , and i love haren , just took him my self in my last draft.I like him more than pettite. CABRERA nd BEDARD are two other young studs , and mazzone can only help.PITCHING you get an A-.RELIEF you have orvella as your only closer , and he's not the safest.A couple nice set up men , WHEELER.

RELIEF C-. yOUR infield of GILES , YOUNG, AND CHAVEZ , is an easy A, BUT need wilkerson to bounce back, i think he will , 100 runs would be nice.Outfield cabrera a great start , with some solid pieces around him ,mench , encarnarcion.

outfield B, IF EVERYBODY STAYS HEALTHY. DELMON YOUNG is the wild card , if he gets up , look out. BENCH is a d- only diaz , and he's got to get 400 atbats for those 20 hr's.

should hang around , be ready for those closers that come out of no where.

Thanks Eddie.

I appreciate and respect as always your judgement. You are spot on. No bench. No relief. I need some waiver wire help on both fronts. Delmon Young is the key at this point to making this team work for real.

Maybe next year I will make the pilgramage to Vegas.

Best of luck this year and stay injury free. How did your draft go?

FIREBALLS i will miss NY, BUT will back for football.Your power is fine , plenty hr and rbi's, speed with reyes and a couple 15 to 20 sb guys should put you at least middle , or middle high.BAVG will be low , a lot of low hitters ,like jones and cameron.Jackson and kinsler scare me a little , because if off to a slow start , could be replaced by tony clark , and d'angelo jimenez.Need injury prone guys to stay healthy , NIXON,CAMERON AND BRADLEY.

PITCHING , NO ACE , BUT ZITO and PATTERSON good nu 2 starters.2 closers always a good think.

CAIN and DELMON YOUNG your wild cards.

Pitching overall c+. hitting B bench A

NICE bench all kind of goodies , KUBEL,BARFIELD, AND SPIVEY. GOOD LUCK

KLN first catchers F they must have been your 29th and 3oth pick.lol. POWER only 2 30 hr guys, but then again their 40 hr guys, jones and lee.

Some injury prone gambles and age , need to stay heathy nomar , nevin, and roberts.

SPEED good if roberts and duffy pan out.

BAVG looks good 4 to 5 300 hitters.

The power will hurt not enough hr and rbi.

PITCHING no ace but four good ones, pettite, vazquez, patterson and contreras.

BENCH could all be in triple A.

SLEEPERS e santana, t coffey and uggla.

DOES EVERYBODY have DELMON YOUNG , he's the wild card to all teams. ROBERTSON might bounce back.

Thanks Eddie, thats about the way i see it. i think about 65 points in pitching and about 45 in hitting, may be enough to keep me in the running depending on FA aand injuries.
