nfbc homerun record

Post by bjoak » Sun Sep 10, 2006 7:07 am

Does anyone know what the NFBC single week homerun record is? This year, MONEYBALL had the most with 26 in week 17. I am trying to beat him as I have 24 now (not that they're helping my team in any practical way). It'd be more fun if I knew whether that was the all-time record.

Who else knew before reading this that it would be a round about way for him to brag about something. Counseling is the only option for you young man.

Don't know that there is anything roundabout about it. Would like to know if I can brag more if it is the most ever. However...it looks like I will get stuck at 25. Day's not over yet.

good luck. Since I am going no where in the overall (stuck at around 116), it is fun to try and look for individual records. For once, I am agreeing with Bjoak

Alas, I am stuck at 25. I had a few #1 finishes in hitting this week, tho. I thought about just saying forget it and try to hit as many homers for the season as I can but I'm only about 4 and 1/2 points out of first in my league so I actually have to play smart.

Everyone is so spaced out in the categories at this point that trying to gain ground seems like treading water. Frustrating.
