Jose Canseco threw out his elbow while pitching one inning for Oakland against Boston in May and was lost for the season-- he was also coached by Tony Larusa. Canseco had a 40/40 season in the year prior and was the #1 pick.

Funny you mention Hardy and A Rod I have them both My frustration is my pathetic pitching staff Tought Felix Kazmir Zito were decent nucleus I have mixed and matched with others like Reyes who thank god was demoted Hirsh Gaudin Lowry erratic Hopefully my new flavor of the week Marshall of cubs will pan out like Mitre seems to have. My wins era and whip hopefully will balance out
