Back to the “player eval” types of questions everyone loves. Last year, Carlos Pena took his performance to a new level, a level which no one thought he could ever get to. In doing my prep for 2008, I’m trying to determine if Pena finally put everything together and will perform at a similar level in 2008 or if last year was just a “perfect storm” mixed in with a lot of luck.
