SP Edwin Jackson Pros (as I see them):
- Top 2 starters are top notch. 450 k's from your top 2 guys is a nice crutch.
- Several young 5 tool guys on offense.
Cons (as I see them):
- I would have backed Corpas up with Fuentes.
- Too much riding on guys who haven't done much yet (Hermida, McLouth, Towles, Ellsbury, Mclouth, etc). Having a few of these guys is great, but you have more than I'd feel comfortable with.
- You have one lock for 30/100 (Cabrera). The general rule is that you should have at least 3 of these guys. I see power being your achilles heel all year. WHo else do you realistically expect to get you 30/100?
Overall, I'd say you need to have your pitching carry you and your young hitters to over-perform in order to be competitive.
Good luck.

Good luck. [/QUOTE]Yeah I agree that power is a concern, but I do think that Rios, Hermida, LaRoche, and Jacobs are capable of hitting 30 hrs. Of course I may be nuts
Thanks for the comments.
