Thoughts on my Strategy?

Home League
10-Team, Mixed 5x5, 12 Hitters/8 Pitchers/3 Bench
170 Games Started Limit for Pitchers
Daily Transactions
I went extremely hitter heavy.
My pitching is the question mark:
Liriano
Sheets
Harden
Gallardo
Hoffman
Soriano
Capps
Gagne
My thoughts were that I could pitch 4 closers all season and rotate one of my non-starting pitchers to the bench and pick up any starting pitcher for the day. This way I'd reach my 170 Start Limit ASAP. When I hit 170 (hopefully I'd hit it first amongst the other owners) I'd then drop all my starters and throw either MR's or CL's with good ratios. I figured since the penetration rate of the MLB pitchers was so shallow that I could more easily fix my pitchers and pick up decent guys to sub for my "daily pitcher". By throwing so many relievers with good ratios I thought I could afford to take the ratio hit with my "extra daily starters".
Any thoughts? Could this work? The goal is to win SV's, hopefully place Top 3 in ERA/WHIP, and to finish in the middle or better in K and W. Not sure how it's going to play out though.
Pitchers still available to be picked up:
Kennedy
Gorzelanny
Baker
Bush
Prior
Volquez
Cueto
Parra
Kuroda
Guthrie
Saunders
Sonnenstine
Greinke
Marcum
Someone in that group is going to be pretty good this year...and they'll be on my team as soon as I add some guys to the DL - I'm sure it won't be long until then.
