Does anyone else think that Fielders new vegetarian diet is causing his power to decrease? The guy just dosent look the same this year, would taking meat out of your diet cause that.

This is getting kindof annoying now!!

I don't have Fielder in any of my leagues so I haven't been paying that close attention, but I think the diet thing is blown out of preportion.

He's just off to a slow start power wise. They've played 9 games!! I'm sure he has gone 9 games without a HR sometime in his career(of course now I'll be proven wrong).

I have more faith that he approaches his projections than another 1st round pick that has been the topic of talk recently.

Prince's wife read "Skinny Bitchh", a very hostile book advocating a vegan diet. It's more like a PETA brochure than a diet book.

Maybe someone should send Prince some info on the Paleolithic "caveman" diet, although I just don't think the Prince is gonna be lookin' like Olive Oil anytime soon! :D

Yep, he certainly does blow right now.

The meat shouldn't make ANY difference. He is hitting .243 with ZERO homers!!!! Thank goodness I have Mike Jacobs who has dropped 5 bombs already to help ease the pain! :D

Early on, Fielder, Reyes, and Cabrera look like the "sucker" picks of round one. :(

As for the others, I agree "sucker" is the wrong choice of words. Fielder is just plain BAD right now though, Cabrera is a headcase, and Reyes is useless if he can't run well.

I have Fielder, so he is the one that I am personally disappointed with.
